LODEHAUL was formed in 1945 as a heavy vehicle - Owner Drivers` Co-operative traditionally providing Transport Opportunities for Owner Drivers.

The organisation has moved on since those early days and now provides value added services in warehousing repackaging and distribution of bulk and palletised materials. It has also established branches in country regions. With the opening of these new areas of business LODEHAUL has maintained ongoing diverse and increasing opportunity for its members and operators.

It is those members and operators who are the cornerstone of the LODEHAUL business. It is only possible to provide high quality, customer focussed and friendly service through operators who have a stake in the business.
